These terms cover your use of One More Level ("the app"). By installing or playing it, you agree to them. If you do not, please uninstall the app.
You may install and play the app on devices you control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not resell it, redistribute modified builds as if they were the original, or present it as your own work.
Best level, best score and coins are stored only on your device. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for anything, and cannot be transferred between devices or recovered once the app's data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Coins earned in the game are a score-keeping device, not currency.
The app is offered as-is. Levels, difficulty, features and balance may change in any update, and an update may reset or reinterpret stored progress. We may stop distributing or updating the app at any time.
The app is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. You use it at your own risk. Nothing here limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country, which apply regardless of these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost game progress or device issues.
The app's name, artwork, sounds and code are original works owned by the developer. All rights are reserved unless a licence file in the project repository says otherwise.
The app is distributed through Google Play, and Google's own terms also apply to that distribution. Google is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app.
These terms may be updated. The "last updated" date above will change when they are, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
